Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping across the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe

Every order is shipped by tracked courier across the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe. Confirmed orders are handled within 0-1 business days, and typical transit after dispatch is 2-5 business days, depending on destination. A tracking link is sent by Telegram or email as soon as the courier collects the parcel. Shipping is free of charge on orders above €150.00; below that threshold, the shipping cost is confirmed together with the order total before payment.

2. Packaging

Vials are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging that preserves the cold chain where the product specification requires it, alongside the certificate of analysis reference for the batch supplied. The exterior carries no product branding. Where an order needs temperature-controlled transport, this is confirmed at the point of order.

Tracked, discreet shipping is available to the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe. Delivery details for a specific order are confirmed together with the order itself, since they depend on where the parcel is going. This does not remove the buyer's own obligation to confirm that receiving a research reagent of this kind is permitted under their national and institutional rules, as set out in our research disclaimer.

3. Damaged or incomplete shipments

Inspect the parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging or a vial appears damaged, or the contents do not match the order confirmation, contact us within 48 hours by Telegram or at orders@semaxbuy.com with photographs of the parcel and its contents. We arrange a replacement or a refund once the issue is verified. Keep the packaging and the affected vial until the claim is resolved, as the courier or the issuing laboratory may need to examine them.

4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us clearly by Telegram or at orders@semaxbuy.com within that window, then return the goods within a further fourteen days of that notice. This right applies to sealed, unopened products; once a vial's seal is broken the item can no longer be resold and, for the hygiene and integrity reasons recognised under the Directive, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to it. Buyers ordering in a professional or institutional capacity, rather than as a consumer, are not covered by this right and instead follow the return conditions in section 5.

5. Return conditions

Where a return is accepted — under the withdrawal right above, or at our discretion for professional buyers — the following conditions apply: the vial and its seal must be intact, the batch identifier on the label must be legible and undamaged, and the item must travel in packaging that protects it in transit. A return that does not meet these conditions may be refused, or refunded at a reduced value reflecting any diminished condition. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the return follows our error or a verified transport defect.

6. Refunds

Once a valid withdrawal notice is received and, where applicable, the returned goods are received and inspected, we issue the refund to the same payment method used for the order, within fourteen days of the later of: the date we are informed of the withdrawal, or the date we receive the returned goods. Refunds cover the price of the goods and, where the whole order is withdrawn, the standard delivery cost; any extra cost from choosing a delivery method other than our standard option is not refunded.
