1. What these products are
Every item listed on SemaxBuy is a laboratory research reagent — a synthetic peptide compound supplied for in vitro and non-clinical research use only, intended for handling by trained personnel in a laboratory setting. 2. Regulatory status

3. Buyer responsibility
By ordering, the buyer confirms that the product is acquired exclusively for lawful laboratory research and accepts full responsibility for: confirming that possession, import, storage and use of the ordered compound is lawful in their own country, region and institution; obtaining any permit, licence or institutional approval their jurisdiction requires for a research reagent of this kind; and ensuring the product is stored, handled and disposed of by appropriately trained personnel, following the safety data available for the compound. The legal position for individual research peptides differs between EU member states, and confirming that position before ordering is the buyer's obligation, not ours.
4. Nature of the information published on this site

A high purity result describes the chemical composition of that batch; it does not change the regulatory status or the intended use described in this disclaimer.
